Our Programs are designed to support individuals and communities who experience social, economic or structural exclusion. Through health services, education, community support and advocacy, we work to create safe spaces, expand access to essential resources and strengthen resilience. Each initiative is developed in response to real community needs and is delivered through partnerships, capacity building and grassroots engagement
This initiative strengthens access to stigma-free health information, testing & referrals for marginalized & underserved communities across Nigeria. It provides outreach services, counselling & linkages to friendly health facilities to ensure no one is left behind in the delivery of essential care.
Key Outcomes:
Increased uptake of HIV counselling and testing.
Improved safe referral pathways.
Expanded reach to hard-to-access communities.
This project focuses on strengthening the enabling environment for vulnerable groups through dialogues with local stakeholders, sensitization of community gatekeepers and rights-based engagement to reduce discrimination and improve protection frameworks

Strengthened local-level protection systems.
This intervention builds the knowledge, confidence & self-advocacy skills of marginalized persons through trainings on safety, health literacy & resilience-building. It equips peer educators & community champions with tools to support others within their networks.

Improved community self-representation
Strengthened network of grassroots advocates.
Recognizing the importance of collaboration in scaling impact, this project enhances coordination with CSOs, health services providers and technical partners to expand inclusive service delivery and improve institutional responsiveness to vulnerable persons.

Increased CSO collaboration.
Better integration with community-led structures.
THEDI promotes inclusive health and human dignity through advocacy, community engagement, capacity building, service delivery and strategic partnerships.
